VR - VRS - VR PRESS - VR PRESS SS

For processes that require high temperatures, the VR S and VR Press Series thermoregulators offer temperature control up to 95 °C for the VR and VR S version, up to 140°C for the VR PRESS version and up to 180° C for the VR PRESS SS version. The temperature is constantly controlled; a suitable cooling circuit (only for the VRS – VRPRESS and VRPRESS SS versions) ensures constant maintenance of the set temperature by means of water. The desired temperature is adjusted by means of two minimum and maximum electronic contacts: the minimum contact interrupts the electric heating and the maximum one activates the cooling circuit, separate from the process circuit, compensating for the temperature increases due to thermal inertia of the mold and the lamination temperature of the printed materials.
