TC / TC - ADIABATIC

The construction of the MK evo FC Pro series Free Cooling compressor racks is accompanied by the TC convector coils for cooling, in suitable ambient temperature conditions, industrial process water with the simple use of ambient air. TC convectors, unlike evaporative towers, do not exploit the adiabatic principle of evaporation, but can always work with air temperatures independent of the wet bulb temperature, and can be used as oil coolers in hydraulic, condensation or, more generally, of fluids, when the ambient air temperature is close to the temperature required by use. It is clear that the energy-and therefore economic-savings are very high, since with only the electricity consumed by axial fans, closed-cycle chilled water is produced, with consumption quite different from the compressors used by the refrigeration cycle and with lower initial purchase costs, while maintaining the prerogatives of a closed-cycle plant. In other words, all the problems that usually arise when using open circuit cooling with disposable water are eliminated, such as limescale encrustations, microflora deposits (algae) and chemical attacks due to the acidity of the water; moreover, the problem of thermal pollution is eliminated, as nothing is anymore to be discharged into the groundwater or into the sewer system. Finally, they allow the operation of the user machines without any dependence on external water networks, therefore without consumption and therefore ecologically correct.
