TOWERS

The TRA series evaporative cooling towers have been designed to allow maximum flexibility for their positioning. The vertical air discharge, makes its functioning completely independent of the direction and intensity of the winds. In case of installation of the towers inside industrial premises, a version with high head centrifugal fans is available, which allows ducting from the supply or the recovery from the air. TRA evaporative towers have the best protection against atmospheric agents, being entirely built in high-thickness hot-dip galvanized sheet, further protected by suitable paints. All the electric motors and the fan supports are watertight and in a special execution, therefore foreseen for outdoor installation. Upon specific request, the towers can be supplied complete with a capacity control damper – in the version with centrifugal fans – installed on the mouth of each fan, whose drive shaft is common for each fan section. They can also be supplied complete with an electric pump for the circulation of the cooling water, an electric command and control panel and winter defrosting heaters.
