DESCRIPTION
The new MKevo FC Pro power plants are the result of more than 40 years of experience in refrigeration and modern technologies, both in terms of design and the use of the latest materials. They are designed for outdoor installation in order to use ambient air as an energy source for cooling process water during periods when climatic conditions allow effective heat exchange with it.
The process microcontroller, comparing the outside air temperature with the set water temperature at the uses, operates special electronically controlled automatic three-way valves, which determine the passage of water through water/air exchangers instead of through the refrigeration circuit. This solution clearly saves the energy normally required to run the compressors for a longer or shorter period of time, depending on the temperature required by the use and the climatic conditions of the place of installation. Experiences consolidated over the years and from different types of applications allow us to estimate energy savings of up to 90% compared to traditional consumption, compared to the period of use of the free-cooling system.
